OneSmartBee respects and protects the personal privacy of all OneSmartBee users who use our services.
Any information you share with us (e.g. create OneSmartBee account) will help us to provide you with more accurate and more personalized service in accordance with provisions of this Privacy Policy.
We explain here our ways of collecting and using information, and how we protect your privacy. We collect both personal and non-personal data to enable and facilitate the best user experience possible. In this Privacy Policy, "Personal data" means information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, (e.g. your name, home or business address, country, email address, phone number, gender). "Non-Personal data" is information that may not be directly identified or be used to contact a specific individual (e.g. IP).
OneSmartBee Privacy Policy forms an integral part of our service agreement.
Your confirmation on OneSmartBee service agreement will be deemed as that you have agreed to all of the contents of this Privacy Policy.
Except any other regulations of this Privacy Policy, OneSmartBee will not disclose the information or provide to any third party without your prior permission.
OneSmartBee keeps the privacy policy under regular review. If we change our privacy policy, we will post the change on all the OneSmartBee websites, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it.
1. Scope of application a) Personal registration information provided in accordance with OneSmartBee's requirements when you register OneSmartBee account; b) Information automatically received and recorded by OneSmartBee from your browser and computer when you use OneSmartBee network services, including but no limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information and your demand on web logs and other data; c) The user's personal data obtained by OneSmartBee through legal means from business partners. You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this Privacy Policy: a) The keyword information you entered when using search services provided by OneSmartBee platform; b) the information data you published in OneSmartBee and collected by OneSmartBee, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details; c) formation and evaluation details; c) Conduct in violation of laws or the rules of OneSmartBee as well as measures OneSmartBee have taken on you
2. Use of information a) In order to provide OneSmartBee services to you, we will ask you to provide necessary personal data that is required to provide those services. If you do not provide your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services. b) OneSmartBee Account Registration and Login:Personal data that are collected for creating a OneSmartBee Account may include your email address, mobile phone number, device related information (e.g. IMEI number) and various location related information (e.g. location area code, mobile network and country codes). c) Purchasing our OneSmartBee Products: When you make purchases through the OneSmartBee website, we may collect your OneSmartBee Account ID (or mobile phone number or email address used to create your OneSmartBee Account), name, phone number, delivery address and order details, etc. OneSmartBee has an after sales system to handle after sales related matters as well as an after sales centre for walk-in support services for users. When you use these services, we may also collect the order number, invoice date, list of purchased items and your contact details in order to process the services. d) Processing the services: In providing the above services, we may also collect data in relation to your device, including your OneSmartBee device ID, firmware version, device OS version, model and system and IP. e) OneSmartBee will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless your prior written permission has been obtained, or the third party and OneSmartBee (including OneSmartBee affiliates) provide you with services individually or jointly, but such third party will be excluded from access to this information, including all information previous accessible to it after completion of desired service. f) OneSmartBee will not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell your personal information through any means or distribute it with no compensation. OneSmartBee is entitled to immediately terminate the service agreement with any OneSmartBee users engaging in such activities. g) For the purpose of user service, OneSmartBee may use your personal information when providing you with information you are interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with OneSmartBee partners so that they may send you relevant information or their products and service (your prior permission will be required in case of the later).
3. Information Disclosure In the following cases, OneSmartBee will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes and provisions of the law: In order to conduct business operations smoothly, the OneSmartBee entity which collects your personal data may disclose your personal data from time to time (in communications, social media, technology or cloud business), or our third party service providers which are our mailing houses, delivery service providers, telecommunications companies, data centres, data storage facilities, and customer service providers, agents, related corporations, and/or other third parties (together "Third Party Service Providers"). Such Third Party Service Providers would be processing your personal data on OneSmartBee 's behalf or for one or more of the purposes listed above. Personal data will only be shared by OneSmartBee to provide or improve our products or services and will not be shared for use for marketing purposes. a) You have agreed to disclose to third parties in advance; b) It is a must to share your personal information with third parties in order to provide you with the requested products and services; c) Disclosure to third parties or the executive or judicial bodies in accordance with relevant provisions of the law, or requirements of such executive or judicial entities; d) If you are in violation laws and regulations, or OneSmartBee service agreement or related rules, disclosure to third parties is therefore required; e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and has filed a complaint, and the Respondent requires disclosure so that the parties can deal with possible disputes on rights; f) In a transaction that you create on OneSmartBee platform, if either party of the transaction completely or partially fulfills the transaction obligation and make information disclosure request, OneSmartBee will provide such party with the contact details and other necessary information of the counterparty where necessary, to facilitate the completion of the transaction or dispute settlement. g) Other disclosure OneSmartBee deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or policies of OneSmartBee.
4. Information Storage and Exchange Information and data about you collected by OneSmartBee will stored on servers of OneSmartBee and (or) its affiliates, such information and data may be transferred to your country, region or outside of the location where OneSmartBee collects such information and data, and be accessed, stored and exhibited there.
5. Use of Cookies a) On the condition that you do not refuse to accept cookies, OneSmartBee will set and access to cookies on your computer, so that you can log on or use a service or function of OneSmartBee platform replying on cookies. Through cookies, OneSmartBee can provide you with more attentive personalized service, including extension services. b) You have the right to accept or reject cookies, and you can reject cookies by adjusting your browser settings. However, you may be denied access to or use OneSmartBee network services or functions replying on cookies. c) The information obtained through cookies made by OneSmartBee will be applicable to this policy.

We have put in place the following security procedures and technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data: * Your personal data is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. * All data saved in the back-end is classified into different levels based on the importance and sensitivity of the data, e.g. whether the data contains personal data. * Data exchanged between OneSmartBee devices and servers are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL"). * There is regular review of information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems. * Access is restricted to OneSmartBee employees and Third Party Service Providers who need to know that the information in order to process it, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet such obligations. * There are also access controls for all server clusters used for cloud-based data storage and process. * Most data used for OneSmartBee 's products and/or services is stored in a storage system. By using column family based access control mechanism, OneSmartBee employees are only allowed access to the data column families they are granted access to. * Information safety is very important to us. We will take all practicable steps to safeguard your personal data. Through our protective measures above, especially encrypted storage and transmission, your data is as secure as it can be. Certain details of encrypted data cannot be accessed by anyone except by you. a) All OneSmartBee accounts have security features, please properly keep your user name and password information. OneSmartBee encrypts user passwords and takes other security measures to ensure that your information will not lost abused or altered. Notwithstanding the foregoing security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on information network. b) When you use OneSmartBee network service to perform an online transaction, you'll inevitably disclose your personal information to counterparty (or potential counterparty), such as the contact details or postal address. Please properly protect your personal information and make it available to others only when necessary. If you notice that your personal information, especially OneSmartBee username and password, is compromised, please contact OneSmartBee customer service immediately so that OneSmartBee can take appropriate measure.
7. Limitation Of Liability OneSmartBee Utility data monitoring provides energy consumption no representations or warranties about the accuracy of the energy cost estimation. It is an approximation and is not guaranteed.
8. Account Deletion To permanently delete your user account, you can contact us at https://www.onesmartbee.com/contact-us/ with your user name and email address that were used to create the account. Your account deletion request will be responded to via email within 48 hours.
